Why Stretch? The Science Behind It
Stretching isn't just a nice-to-have - it’s essential. According to Harvard Medical School, regular flexibility work:
  • Keeps muscles long, lean, and flexible, preserving full range of motion in joints
  • Reduces risk of muscle strains, joint pain, and improves balance and posture as we age
  • Eases daily movement - walking, reaching - and helps prevent falls
  • Promotes better mobility, strength, and well-being - especially when combined with warm-up and mindful technique

    Wednesdays from 17:45 to 18:45
    Start: October 1, 2025
    No classes on Swiss school holidays & public holidays - dates will be shared in advance.
  • Language
    Classes are held in English.
    If anything is unclear, I’ll gladly explain in Russian or German.
  • What to bring
    • Your own mat

    • Leggings, sweatshirt (if it’s not hot outside)
  • Progress Check-In
    Once a month, we’ll take progress pictures - optional, of course.
    Nothing keeps motivation like seeing real results.
Attendance Policy
Things happen - and that’s okay. But to keep things fair and structured:

- If you can’t attend, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance.
- If you don’t notify in time, one of your sessions will be counted (or fully charged if you don’t have a pass).
- Feeling sick or something unexpected came up? I get it - life’s real. But this gentle structure helps everyone stay committed.
